1. Acceptance of Terms

By hiring AMM Amarillo Masonry for any masonry services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before starting any project with us. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not engage our services.

2. Services Provided

AMM Amarillo Masonry provides professional masonry services including but not limited to brick repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, retaining wall installation, paver patios, stone veneer siding, outdoor kitchens, and related masonry work. All services are performed by licensed and insured professionals in accordance with local building codes and industry standards.

3. Estimates and Pricing

We provide free written estimates for all projects. Estimates are based on the information and site conditions available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may change if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project, such as hidden structural damage or additional work required to meet code. Any changes to pricing will be communicated to you in writing before proceeding with additional work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your written estimate or contract. Typically, we require a deposit to begin work and final payment upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due within the timeframe specified in your contract. Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.

5. Project Timeline

We provide estimated timelines for all projects. While we make every effort to complete work on schedule, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or unforeseen site conditions. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruptions to your schedule.

6. Permits and Inspections

When required by local building codes, we will obtain necessary permits for your project. Permit costs are typically included in your estimate. You are responsible for providing access to your property for inspections by local authorities. Failure to pass inspection due to existing conditions outside our scope of work may result in additional charges.

7. Property Access and Site Conditions

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area, including removing obstacles, vehicles, or landscaping that may interfere with our work. We will take reasonable care to protect your property during the project. However, we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden structures that are not clearly marked or disclosed to us.

8. Warranty

We stand behind our work with a limited warranty covering defects in workmanship. The warranty period and specific terms will be provided in your contract. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, improper maintenance, modifications made by others, or normal wear and tear. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty.

9. Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your project after work has begun, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Changes may result in additional costs and delays. If you need to cancel your project, please notify us immediately. You may be responsible for costs already incurred, including materials purchased and labor performed.

10. Liability

AMM Amarillo Masonry carries full liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not liable for damage to your property caused by unforeseen conditions, acts of nature, or third-party actions beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

11. Dispute Resolution

If any disputes arise regarding our services, we encourage open communication to resolve the issue. If we cannot reach an agreement, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Potter County, Texas, in accordance with Texas law.
